Even though we supply shea butter and our products to everyone, we think of the farmers and the trees that so generously supply us with our basic product. Our company acts on the belief that the shea business must be profitable for everyone – for the farmers who gather the shea fruit, for our team who process the nuts, for the customers who purchase a unique product and for the trees themselves. We are committed to working within our supply chain and the local community in a way that ensures the long-term supply of a sustainable product.

We have built a high quality food grade oil extraction plant in the Otuke district of Uganda and our reasons for doing so are simple: we want to be part of the community in the heart of the Shea belt that makes our business possible in the first place.
